In this key role, you will be part of Chango’s marketing team whose mission is to remind the advertising world we have a unique voice and perspective on the industry. We are looking for our outstanding Senior Web Designer who can make this vision a reality.
You are a progressive, rules-breaking, innovative designer who also understands clients’ needs. You have a deep experience in designing web sites and other digital assets that are aesthetically appealing and engaging. You have an eye for design and work in a highly collaborative style.
You are brilliant and yet humble. You can piggyback on other people’s work and ideas. You enjoy working in a fast paced environment where rapid prototyping will push your ideas beyond the norm
Responsibilities
Lead interactive and visual designs for all of Chango’s external facing assets. Those include nut not limited to Chango.com, Info graphics, Display ads, Social Media, Landing pages and marketing collaterals
Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to design outstanding new web pages based on an established style guide
Come up with and execute BIG, never-been-done-before ideas to turn our blog into a content platform for our clients and partners
Partner with cross-functional leadership team to produce the first ‘Chango insights’ series of info graphics
Revamp our online display ads and social media skins
About you
Minimum of 5 years of web design experience working for a brand or agency
Intimate knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Good knowledge of CSS and HTML
Self-driven, fearless interest and curiosity in web design and technology
Passion for always putting customers’ interest before convenience
Experience with start-ups and/or an environment where the pace is fast and where management needs to remain nimble (i.e. an environment where strategy needs to be constantly reviewed and updated)
Previous experience for an advertising technology company preferred but not required
You are a team player, with the ability to deliver results independently
