Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Serena software architecture, and Serena solutions including SBM process applications and Serena Service manager configuration.
Must be a US Citizen
3+ years’ experience with Installation of SBM/SSM, IIS Web server, Web services, configuring SBM/SSM with email servers.
3+ years’ experience in Oracle and/or SQL server database
3+ years’ experience designing and creation of Workflows in SBM/SSM based on the requirements for Issue tracking, Action items, Incident Management and Change Management process flows and documentation.
3 yrs experience with the creation of user, assign access privileges, creation of notification rules, setting up of knowledge base in SBM/SSM
3 yrs experience with the creation of reports in SBM/SSM for various reporting purpose and tracking of issues.
Experience training users and administrator in SBM/SSM
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology or a related field
