Scans all transaction-related documents for uploading to central server and reviews to ensure all documents have been uploaded correctly. Files or shreds transaction hard copies; serves as contact for various departments within the school to fulfill supply requests; and conducts office supply inventory counts, assessing standard office supply levels, and periodically placing orders. Maintains inventory of condiments, paper goods, and other miscellaneous items. Sets up tables and arranges furniture for special events. Assists other staff members with logistical support related to special events. Performs a variety of administrative tasks related to the administration and upkeep of the school's student lockers, including coding in new combinations, assisting students with malfunctioning locks, removing and replacing defective locks, replacing batteries, and emptying and storing locker contents at lease expirations.

REQUIRED: High school diploma or GED.
General PC and office software suite skills. Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and to move heavy furniture related to intra-building office furniture set-up and event set-up.
Preferred: Experience with Kuali contract order system and one year of related office experience. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
