The Service Coordinator reports to the Director of the Patient Advocacy Program and is responsible for coordinating the activities of the office which includes managing a high volume of customer phone calls, addressing patient and family questions, comments, and concerns, and tracking/trending the issues that are key to the institution. Serves as a resource to patients, families, and staff for patient rights and responsibilities and patient advocacy . Supports and maintains patient satisfaction initiatives that are coordinated through the Patient Advocacy Program. Serves as the primary administrative support to the hospital’s Patient Family Advisory Council.

Bachelors Degree required
3-5 years of experience in customer service setting
Competency in Microsoft Office
Bilingual preferred
