As a Service Coordinator with MH Equipment, you will report to your Service Manager and will work closely with other individuals in the sales, service, parts, rental, used and aftermarket departments.Service CoordinatorPrimary/Essential Responsibilities: Open, close and review work orders for completeness and accuracy; transfer work order notes if necessary Process work orders, check for customer specifics, add notes, miscellaneous charges, send to parts, close work orders Compile and send monthly reports as required Strong typing skills Dispatch and cover overflow calls when necessary; enter dispatch information into log Adhere to all Company policies and work rules Perform all other duties as assigned Service Coordinator
