The Service Delivery Manager II will provide business guidance, including contractual and financial.
Establish trusted working relationships with the customer.
Excellent analytical, problem solving skills, and attention to detail. Manage a team of business analysts supporting ISS.
Ability to lead others and manage complex projects/tasks at a detail level in a fast paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and experienced with working effectively in cross-functional teams.
Must be able to obtain a Treasury Department MBI Clearance which includes a review of tax records. Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
