With minimal supervision, provide onsite and remote Tier 1-2 support installing, maintaining and repairing IS hardware, software and services. With minimal supervision, provide Tier 1-2 phone support with pertinent information, timely resolution and/or appropriate escalation for information technology issues experienced by Children’s staff and customers. Drive solutions to permanent fixes or root cause determination.

Requirements:
Required Education/Experience: - High School Diploma or equivalent vocational training and/or on-the-job training. - Minimum of two (2) years of related experience. Required Credentials: - N/A Preferred: - N/A
