Communicating with members on the phone, via email, and live chat to address their product and service inquiries and transaction requests.
Processing a variety of financial transactions to include the opening and closing of accounts, issuing checks, transferring funds, and processing VISA cash advances.
Responding to member inquiries regarding the operation of accounts and access to services.
Resolving account discrepancies, balances and reconciles accounts, adds or reduces service features on various accounts, and assists members to make the most effective usage of product and service offerings.
Processing address changes and other file maintenance changes on member accounts
Exceptional communication skills and ability to multi-task
Expertise with MS Outlook and Windows
Minimum 2 years customer service experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
