Job Purpose:
Processes Service domestic and international orders, expedites orders, tracks, performs telephone support, monitors contract commitments, and processes returns. Maintains customer files and tracks order status. Reviews orders for correct price, part number, quality requirements and quantity. Regularly produces or assists with production of service reports.

Primary Responsibilities: (between 4-6 responsibilities)

Assigned responsibility for countries and/or accounts. Process, expedite and coordinate customer orders (oral and written) from pricing request through completion. Prepare documentation and ensure compliance with regulations. Perform specific activities and processes particular to assigned application. Provide quality responses to, delivery, price, commission, new product inquires, and requests for assigned accounts or countries. High degree of cross training required.

Coordinate internal questions, concerns, issues, and processes with appropriate organization. Provide services where appropriate and develop partnerships to ensure customer satisfaction. Acts as an information source on customer order processing and/or service policies and procedures. This is a critical customer contact position that requires strong oral and written communication skills including tact and diplomacy.

Review contract/purchase orders to ensure customers’ quality requirements are met. Recognize potential order problems. Research and resolve discrepancies. Maintain applicable reports, records, and systems (manual and computerized). Review and clear order holds as appropriate.

May require leadership skills. Assist in training associates at the entry level.

Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned.


Requires: 5 years of previous office administration experience. Prefer experience in a service or manufacturing environment. Must be computer and customer savvy. Oracle experience is a plus.
