Provides data entry support to the Repair Customer Service and Aftermarkets Team. This is accomplished through efficient management of repair billing and repair customer service order processes.
Enters and processes orders to comply with department goals.
Provide support to Repair Customer Service Representatives regarding order entry inquiries, entitlements and repair billing status.
Coordinates internal operational activities to ensure each repair order is processed within specified and contractual turn times.
Ensures corporate business policies, service and warranty terms and conditions are properly applied.
Maintains a working knowledge of the computer programs currently in use by the department.
Obtains annual training on products, general specifications, and customer entitlements.
Provides general phone assistance to internal and external customers as needed regarding status, pricing etc.
Performs other duties as assigned.
H.S. diploma or equivalent experience
Computer literate, Microsoft windows, Microsoft Office a plus/Basic Excel
1 year experience related to order fulfillment at a manufacturer/distributor
Excellent communication skills
