Provides administrative support to the Suitability Department including but not limited to answering and directing incoming Suitability calls, preparing correspondence, and sorting faxes and mail. Processes refunds of premium, and handles modified approvals. Logs calls, files, and forms for the Suitability team, generates reports and tracks production numbers for staff and management. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Associates degree or equivalent from a two year college; or 18 months to 3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience working with Annuities and/or Life Insurance preferred. Must have the ability to apply common sense understanding and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Excellent written and oral communication skills, flexibility in work responsibilities and willingness to work overtime are required.
