Overview:

Provide superior service for assigned accounts to meet corporate goals, standards and objectives, and to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

* Operate a Service Route for assigned accounts, performing Dilution and Dispensing Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
* Maintain service logs, record and maintain customer inventory by entering replenishment stock orders to meet corporate goals, objectives and customer requirements.
* Servicing of accounts to include dilution and dispensing system maintenance, account organization, product inventory, product ordering, service logs, and customer interaction.
* Systems installations and maintenance at customer locations
* Respond to and resolve all equipment issues for assigned customers
* Provide customer training on products, equipment usage and safety issues
* Document results via weekly service logs, daily contact with Account Manager
* Handle training administration details (set-up, scheduling, confirmation, record-keeping, service records, etc.) to meet company requirements
* Uphold company image and standards
* Stay informed regarding basic product knowledge, service options, etc.
* Special projects, as assigned* Operate a Service Route for assigned accounts, performing Dilution and Dispensing Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

SKILLS / COMPETENCY:
* Strong organization and follow up skills
* Basic knowledge of systems, equipment and products for implementation, installation and training of/for customers
* Strong verbal, presentation, listening, customer service, and written communication skills
* Ability to work on own, not tied to an office

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Basic business knowledge, and strong understanding of SIP business process and culture
* Hands on experience with mechanical equipment
* Fluent in customer service skills

PRE HIRE TRAINING REQUIRED:
* Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience
* Basic PC skills
* Mechanical aptitude
* Customer service skills
