Receives and responds to guest and field inquiries via phone, email, letter, interoffice mail and other forms of communication.
Logs all guest or store contacts for tracking and issue recognition.
Follows issue resolution procedures to ensure efficient and complete resolution of all guests and field inquiries.
Handles all guest contacts with a high degree of professionalism.
Achieves and maintains complete knowledge of all department and company policies and procedures.
High school diploma, 2 yrs. relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
Previous retail and/or call center experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required. Access and SAP desired.
Outstanding customer service orientation or skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven problem solving skills.
Ability to successfully multi-task.
Normal office demands.
