The Trek Bicycle Store of Downers Grove, IL is looking for an experienced Service Technician/Mechanic to help take our service department to the next level. This position will be the face of our service department. The Service Team Leader will:
Manage the service team & work of the department
Set & motivate service deparment goals
Report to Store Manager on a daily basis
Provide a high level of customer service
Primary duty will be managing the department in all areas.
NOTE: BIKE STORE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
