We are seeking a team member that is motivated, ambitious, and excited to partake in the growth of our company.
What you can look forward to accomplishing -Perform repairs, modifications, refurbishing, testing and preventive maintenance on Bioprocess instruments in the service center.
-Ensure instruments are performing to manufacturer’s specifications and or Customer Standard Operation Procedures following calibration.
-Complete all related paperwork concerning each service performed. Example: service reports, warranty reports, internal billing, stock transfer and expense reports.
-Furnish customers with repair estimates.
-Maintain accurate inventory records and parts control.
-Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor that fall into the knowledge and skills requirements of the position.
Skills and experience that you need to bring to our company -High degree of mechanical aptitude and analytical skills.
-Strong written and oral communication skills along with the ability to deal effectively with customers in a professional manner.
-Ability to understand customer environments and application.
-Ability to work independently, proficiency in time management and organizational skills.
-Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy in record keeping and documentation control.
-Must have experience with electromechanical diagnostic tools and equipment such as oscilloscopes, multi-meters and torque wrenches.
-Proficiency with notebook personal computers using Windows operating systems and Microsoft office applications.
-Background in metrology preferred
Minimum Training Requirements
-Must possess an A.A.S. in mechanical or electronic technology or equivalent Technical School Certification and or military training in electronic repair or propulsion systems.
-Prefer product training on fermentation equipment, laboratory and/or medical instrumentation.
-Travel to Pennsylvania site for one week intervals for training purposes.
