Responsibilities:
Develop go-to-market strategy for new services offerings, including identification of target audiences and accounts, deal structure, messaging and value proposition, sales model, pricing and packaging, and competitive approach.
Create marketing and sales tools for internal and customer audiences. Develop all content and work with the client’s design team to develop visual elements and oversee design and layout.
Program-manage internal communications, sales enablement, and lead-generation campaigns and collaborate as part of a client team to drive the market success of the offering.
Work with the client personnel to determine requirements and gather information about the offerings, and feedback on sales and marketing content
Ensure that new content and tools are made available to sales using client’s existing communication processes
Proactively identify opportunities to raise the value delivered by The Shirman Group, and contribute ideas and insights to assist fellow Shirman Group and Client team members·

Experience:
Minimum 7 years in marketing in the enterprise technology or services industry, 2 years in large services or support organization.
Demonstrated experience creating highly professional sales and marketing tools, collateral, and training for direct B2B sales organizations (must show examples)
Experience developing value propositions and messaging for enterprise technology products and services
Understanding of various demand-generation and pipeline acceleration tactics and how and when to deploy them to grow sales

Qualifications:
Superb writer and story-teller able to write concisely, clearly, and cogently without use of marketing jargon and to make technical content relevant to business audiences
Advanced presentation creation and data analysis skills that leverage your expertise in the use of Microsoft Office products
Comfortable within a dynamic environment with changing priorities, processes, and personnel
Familiarity with content management, information management, information governance, business intelligence, or related fields
Consistently producing high quality work and an attitude that “good enough” isn’t
Ability to diplomatically bring together client constituents with differing opinions and agendas to generate innovative and broadly accepted solutions
Extremely creative problem-solver willing to take risks and try out-of-the box approaches. (Must be able to provide examples of innovative marketing tactics or tools.)
Highly professional demeanor and communication skills
Experience working on virtual and international teams
Direct experience with marketing, sales, or operations in a support organization a plus
