This role provides administrative support to the Cornwall team, to ensure maximum utlization of time. This position exists to manage the coordination, scheduling and the delivery of a variety of support services to the facility, including accounts payable and purchasing activities. Additional support activities may also be provided in the following areas: safety, customer service, Human Resources, Shipping & receiving, production reports, warehouse and inventory support as determined by the facility.
The successful candidate should have the following:
completion of a business related Diploma or Certificate; or the equivalent training and experience
minimum 3 years experience in an administrative support role
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
strong computer skills
ability to learn and work independently
Work in a fast paced environment
Ability to work in an ever changing environment; with a diverse amount of duties
Must be able to exercise full discretion and confidentiality of all operations, new products, pricing, contracts, customers and employee information.
Requirements:
