  • Performs complex Quality Assurance cradle to grave reviews on a variety of default servicing transactions (Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Short Sale, Etc). Monitors completeness, accuracy, and adherence to Citi policies and procedures as well as State and Federal Regulations. Identifies default servicing issues and recommends resolutions. • Integrates comprehensive knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices and standards to identify process gaps. Assess the level of risk associated with servicing on a transaction basis. • Researches and interprets factual information. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results. Recommends process improvements • Must be able to exchange information with multiple business partners in a concise and logical way as well as be sensitive to audience diversity to resolve issues. Qualifications BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education/experience. 3+ years experience utilizing extensive practical knowledge of Underwriting/Audit/Default Servicing. Experience in managing volume to productivity and quality standards; organizational skills. Thorough knowledge of Default Servicing and State document requirements. Analytical, problem-solving, and negotiating skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
