This is a TEMPORARY POSITION. Position will assist all team members of Shared Services in material ordering, assemble kits, and fulfill requisitions to support sales team and outside vendors and brokers. Assist in coordination of all quote entry and filing for Word & Brown and Choice products. Support in the preparation of broker and client mailings as well as coordination of all printers and print jobs within the Shared Services department. Position will handle weekly and monthly cycle counts and preparation of inventory reports, processing and packaging of broker and client renewals, case processing and packaging, packaging of ID cards and new hire worksheets, processing of group materials requests, preparation of seminar materials, quote entry, new hire enrollment quote entry, and maintenance of quote filing system. Position will assist as back of renewals and quote binding, help with offsite warehouse pick ups and deliveries and perform necessary housekeeping duties in order to maintain a clean, safe and organized environment. Must be able to multi-task and accept ownership and responsibility for tasks and be able to follow directions closely. Onsite regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the job.

Candidates must have proficient written and verbal communication skills. must have the ability to support interface and communicate with various clients and organizations both in person and via telephone. Must be detail oriented, proficient in basic computer software and operations of MS Word & Excel. Must possess a valid driver's license, have a clean driving record and be able to do data entry and 10 Key experience helpful. High School Diploma required.
