The Shared Services Specialist will assist the Team Lead in updating policies and procedures, training, reporting, Share Point updates and identifying any specific needs and areas of improvements within the department. Position will also daily quote volume report, weekly quote volume report, monthly invoice count report, finance monthly inventory report, the department's daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual reporting and vendor discrepancies for Fulfillment/Inventory/Production/ Document Imaging and Print Services/Mail Room. In addition they will be responsible for user acceptance testing for quote revisions or updates and other duties as assigned.
Position requires excellent communication skills, ability to handle multiple tasks at once, computer literate, word processing skills, typing 40 wpm, advanced Word and Excel a must. Share Point knowledge is a must. Detail oriented with a high level of organization and planning skills. High School Diploma or equivalent.
