Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the SVP of IT, the primary focus for this position will be technical leadership and management, solution design, hands on implementation, mentoring, enterprise architecture, project guidance, and application development in the various areas of SharePoint and other related Microsoft technologies, enterprise messaging and corporate social media.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and implementation of SharePoint based solutions including gathering requirements, solution design, business and technical leadership, database design, customization development, testing, project leadership, and deployment. SharePoint range from enterprise portal design and implementation to composite application development, enterprise social media, business process integration, workflow, business intelligence, public websites, and general collaboration.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Applicants must have a strong background in multiple areas and SharePoint disciplines as well as a solid understanding or direct experience with .NET development. Applicants must have excellent communication and organization skills, object oriented development skills, documentation skills, self-motivation, project leadership expertise, and maintain outstanding professionalism.

•Degree in the area of MIS, CIS, or Computer Science
•6-10 years minimum application development experience in a professional environment
•Excellent communication and leadership skills
•Database and Object Oriented Design skills
