The client is a world leader in the design, manufacturing, and servicing of aircraft engines, space propulsion systems, and industrial gas turbines. The client is migrating the internal and external portal content from Java/.NET to SharePoint 2010 to provide collaboration and ensure security.
The candidate should be an enthusiastic, goal-driven, and motivated individual, capable of working in a dynamic environment.
The candidate must be a ‘self-starter’ and be willing to work with minimal direction.
This role will perform, and assist in the development and deployment of high-performing enterprise systems that improve clinical outcomes, and increase productivity and performance.
The position will bring a solutions-oriented approach to solving problems across multiple dimensions and landscapes.
The candidate should possess strong consulting skills and well rounded architecture skills to look at holistic solutions options to complex problems.
Responsibilities:
Experience migrating data from Lotus Notes to SharePoint. (At least 2-3 migrations).
Develop comprehensive .NET/SharePoint 2010 integration, SharePoint Foundation, Entity Framework 4.0, MS Enterprise Library 5.0 solutions both large and small scale
Ability to design and implement intranet/internet and extranet sites
Hands-on experience in integrating the sites with LDAP and other identity management sites for security (intranet/extranet and Internet)
Ability to analyze and solve complex technical and business problems
Strong ability to present and articulate NTT Data experience and solution options.
Architect, Design, develop, document, and test .NET/SharePoint 2010 integration, SharePoint Foundation, Entity Framework 4.0, MS Enterprise Library 5.0 applications as part of overall solution architecture.
Configure and customize solutions in line with business requirements.
Define and document business processes, identify solution gaps, and identify creative solutions.
Serve as primary technical and application contact for clients and development team members.
Manage relationships at various levels of client and project organization.
