Job Description Our Client is looking for a SharePoint Platform Admin to join their team. An ideal candidate will have worked in an operations or consulting capacity at some point in their career, with experience working with large farms. Requirements:

Relevant SharePoint experience, including:
Familiarity and depth with Central Administration
Solid understanding and experience with Site Collection administration
Experience working with multi-server farms / enterprise high-availability designs is ideal
Solid understanding of IIS and its role with SharePoint
Solid understanding of Active Directory and it's role with SharePoint
Experience in multi-forest domain configurations as it relates to SharePoint is preferred
Solid Win2K3 (Win2K8 and R2 preferred) experience / understanding
Solid SharePoint 2007 (2010 preferred) experience / understanding
Solid SQL Server architecture experience or understanding is a plus
Any experience with custom deployment / 3rd party products on top of the platform is very-nice-to-have
