Ship, confirm and invoice all shipments. Prepare invoices for shipment. Prepare airway bills; prepare and process Bills of Lading. Process freight claims and FedEx shipments on FedEx Power Ship System. Assist in packing of parts orders when applicable; process credit and debit memos.

Job Requirements/ Qualifications
Qualifications include proficient typing skills, computer software knowledge and system data input skills. Basic math skills and ability to use calculator necessary. Knowledge of business office practices and administration preferred. Must have excellent customer service, planning, organizing, and communication skills. Must be adaptable in a fast paced work environment with ability to work with deadlines.
