Position Summary and Key Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, verifying and accepting or rejecting all supplies and equipment delivered. You will be responsible for processing all necessary paperwork/documentation, such as packing slips, bills of lading, receiving reports, control copies, and logs for payments to be authorized.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

- Inspecting incoming orders to verify type, quantity, and condition against orders
- Prepares documentation for shipment of materials, parts, finished goods and related items
- Preparing and maintaining shipping records, preparing bill of lading, posting weight and shipping charges and other documentation
- Auditing items to be shipped or delivered against work orders to ascertain that quantities, destination and routing are correct
- Acting as a resource to all departments in resolving receipt, distribution or shipping discrepancies and problems
- Deliver packages and equipment as received to appropriate person or department
