Minimum 2 years experience supervising a shipping staff and the loading of product onto trailers (foliage industry experience preferred). Bachelors Degree in (Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, and/or Process Engineering preferred but not required. Must have strong people skills. Must be able to work independently as well as, in a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have excellent organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines Must be able to multi-task. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is required. Experience using Microsoft Office is required (i.e. Word and Excel).
