The Shop Assistant responsibilities include providing materials, equipment and fabricated products that meet customer requirements; performing preventative maintenance on tools, equipment and machinery; maintaining orderly storage of materials and inventory levels; communicating regularly with field and office employees on projects; and making deliveries.

Experience Required:

Qualified candidates should have prior experience working in a shop environment and driving a fork lift, be mechanically inclined, and have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Candidate will be regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle and manipulate objects; reach with hands and arms and regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
