organization are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. BPO helps clients develop and deliver business process innovations with cutting-edge outsourcing services.

Accenture's Outsourcing - Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.
The Siebel Marketing Account Manager will support the delivery of direct marketing campaigns targeted to Pharmaceutical Physicians. This role will be responsible for coordinating activities of the Siebel campaign solution and related technologies with the client's (BT) Business Technology and the client's BT 3rd party groups to enable the successful launch and management of the campaigns.
Specific job responsibilities will include:
Working with marketing account managers and campaign operations offshore team to ensure capabilities are in place to deliver and launch campaigns
Work with data management teams to drive data accuracy and data improvement ideas to enable improved campaign targeting and reporting
Support the channel onboarding process working with channel vendors, client's BT, and other groups to onboard and maintain channels
Drive knowledge transfer between client's BT and Siebel support groups to the Campaign Operations team
Work with client's BT and Siebel support groups to develop/suggest potential new ideas and solutions to improve campaign capabilities
Support root cause analysis as required regarding launch and post launch issues
Develop and update (as needed) standard marketing operating procedures (e.g. SOPs) based on agreed to changes
Responsible for maintaining the Campaign Library to ensure key system artifacts are not unnecessarily duplicated or retired
Run weekly issue meetings coordinating issue status across business and BT
Minimum 3 years of project management experience
Minimum 2 years of Siebel Marketing, Unica Campaign or Aprimo Campaign Management experience
Strong SQL script execution skills to support ad-hoc reporting efforts.
