? Expertise on Siebel application architecture that includes Siebel servers, object definitions and application parameters.
? Worked on Siebel application, gateway and webservers on both UNIX and windows platforms.
? Worked on Siebel Enterprise application security - Database authentication, LDAP and ADSI Authentication using security adapters, SSL encryption for Siebel servers and Web Single sign-on authentication.
? Provide inputs for planning activities to improve application performance using performance optimization and tuning techniques.
? As a Subject matter expert(SME), participate in client discussions during production issues to provide suggestions on using tools and techniques to arrive at feasible and scalable solution.
? Analyze Application related issues in Siebel and take corrective action
? Come up with alternate solutions or options when facing critical issues
? Should be able to do a thorough analysis of the various logs generated and present a clear set of solution options
? Should be able to replicate the issue in lower environments

? Should be able to do testing of the various solution options and recommend alternate options if end states not met
? Respond to user queries and provide clarifications
? Works closely with the various client teams and groups at onsite
? Develop application design using broad knowledge of build tools to achieve functional and non-functional requirements for low/medium complex projects
? Work with project teams to resolve complex technical issues using solution deployment and roll out methods during build, deployment and support stages
? Provide insights to the team on using industry/client best practices/standards during all states of SDLC.
? Assist supervisor on modeling for design and development on the current and emerging technologies like Siebel Open UI, Mobility, Fusion, Enquira. Etc.
Siebel CTI SME
? Must have a deep technical and functional understanding on Siebel 8 out-of-the-box modules and features
? Must understand Siebel architecture and call center framework capabilities
? Must have experience with configuring Siebel eMail response, Siebel Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) and Siebel Assignment Manager
? Must have hands on experience in configuring Siebel CTI with other third party product such as Avaya and Genesys
? Should have experience and hands on knowledge on Siebel Call center features, functionality and modules
? Understand the call center applications, framework, well worse with global deployment of call center strategies
? Must have experience in supporting, performance tuning, analyzing and other issues in Siebel call center areas
? Should have experience with Siebel configuration, Siebel eScript, Siebel Enterprise Architecture Integration (EAI) and Siebel Workflow
