Istonish is a minority owned, privately-held, award-winning business enterprise, headquartered in Denver, Colorado, with offices located in Texas, Minnesota, and Wyoming. When you join Istonish, you become a part of the team dedicated to delivering outstanding technical and customer service to our clients.

Our Public Sector Client located in the Denver metro area has a requirement for a Silverlight developer. Consultant must have experience with data mapping and Silverlight. Experience with projects involving the oil and gas industry is a plus. This contract engagement is for a period of approximately 16 months.

This project will include the upgrade and modification of an existing GIS database, data mapping of existing GIS database to a data exchange schema, and implementation of a plug-in.
The client is planning to exchange inventory data and limited compliance and enforcement data from a GIS database with the EPA National System (housed by EPA) via a data exchange on the Exchange Network. Currently, this information is reported manually in the semi-annual 7520 reports. This project will upgrade the GIS database to provide verification of data over the Exchange Network. This project will implement a data flow via CDX and will tie the data to the Exchange Network node. This will eliminate the need for manually produced paper reports.
Ideal candidates will have experience with Data mapping, creating design documents with details of solutions for data integrity issues, data flow analysis and development of detailed work plans.

Tasks include:
Upgrade and modification of existing GIS database and applications.
Data mapping of existing GIS system to the data exchange schema.
