Holley, Fisher, Muller IRTS Programs located in Hackensack, NJ has an immediate opening for a Site Administrator. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Planning, identifying and developing the residence's programs and goals; managing and directing the daily operation of the psychiatric community residences for female youth programs; assuring adequate staffing appropriate for an intensive treatment program; providing direct supervision to clinical staff; developing and implementing orientation and in-service training programs; ensuring 24-hour staffing and back up for all needed functions; ensuring 24-hour emergency and crisis capability.
Master's Degree in clinical Social Work, Psychology or equivalent (if MSW, has an LCSW if supervising an LSW and 3 years experience in youth MH, 1 year of which was supervisory experience.
Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday 9a-5p.
All new hires are required to attend orientation, upon hire.
