The objective of site QA surveillance for our Angolan project, is to provide full confidence in the quality of our product, ensuring flawless project delivery and operational excellence for our fleet. The surveillance plan includes material and equipment control, NDE and welding process controls (piping and structural), electrical and instrumentation installation and testing, and coatings processes. Responsibilities include:

Qualification of fabrication and construction yard subcontractors.

Preparation and implementation of site specific quality surveillance plan.

Review of subcontractor Quality Plans and Inspection and Test Plans to ensure they meet project requirements and verify implementation.

Participation in kick-off meetings with subcontractors.

Ensuring the NCR process is fully implemented and reviewed for any further Corrective and Preventive Action (CAR and PAR) requirements.

Interface with third party QA Representatives.

The successful candidate will have QA/QC experience dealing with FPSO topsides and module fabrication and the ability to read and understand specifications, codes, and other engineering drawings and documentation.
