Under broad direction, coordinates or leads compensation process improvement project(s) and contributes to the design/redesign of pay policies and programs. Recommends approaches to facilitate the effective delivery of pay programs and related policies. Collaborates with Human Resources leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth, cost effective execution of global pay processes. Provides guidance and training to less experience analysts. May coordinate the work of less experienced analysts. Analyzes compensation data and utilizes job evaluation process to determine job worth and market price. Conducts market surveys.
Skills: Undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline and 4-8 years of compensation experience including plan design and implementation. Certification as a Compensation Professional from World at Work if located in the United States preferred. US Domestic Income Tax 2 years of experience.
