Skid Steer Operator
Danella Utility Construction, Inc. is looking for a Skid Steer Operator for its Naples, Florida location.

Skid Steer Operator Overview:
Perform duties as directed by foreman while operating any or all of the following equipment: Backhoes, skid steer and dump/utility trucks in the installation, removal or maintenance of underground utilities. Must have a valid commercial drivers license (CDL). Must meet minimum requirements for DOT certification.

Description of Tasks:

1) Pre-trip equipment prior to operation of equipment. Check and maintain fluids in vehicle as directed. Grease vehicle as directed.
2) Load material on equipment and secure as directed.
3) Safely operate any or all of the following equipment: Backhoes, skid steer and dump/utility trucks as directed.
3) Participate in pre-job JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) on a daily basis.
4) Report any unsafe conditions to your foreman.
5) Operate tools as directed by foreman.
6) Place, remove or maintain underground utilities as directed. This would include but not limited to carrying pipe, bags of cement and other heavy items. Jack hammering, shoveling, tamping and installing pipe, duct or cable
7) At all times work in a safe manner

Backhoes, Skid Steer, Dump/Utility trucks, Jack Hammers, Chop Saws, Tampers, Rollers, Vibratory Plates, Water Pump, Air Ventilator, Gas Monitors, basic hand tools
