Assist in managing the daily operation of an assigned shift. Supervise casino service representatives and verify jackpots. Assist guests in every way possible in order to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Supervise casino service representatives: determine work schedules, provide training, and evaluate performance. Handle employee issues that arise during the shift.
Handle TITO fills and verify jackpots as required by Internal Control procedures. Ensure that all logs, shift reports, documents and other required paper work and forms are completed timely, accurately, and are routed properly.
Work effectively with other casino support personnel to ensure guest satisfaction and service quality. Maintain efficient communication with all casino and property personnel as required.
Assure compliance with all Internal Controls as well as Company, departmental and safety policies, procedures and regulations.
Perform functions of CSR including verifying transactions as needed. Maintain awareness of, and effectively communicate to other staff, property-wide/company promotions, events and programs. Issue patron complimentaries in accordance with established guidelines.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Directly supervises Casino Service Representatives in the Slot Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
