Our Cultural Arts department is looking for a Social Events Assistant to work alongside Residents in our 72-bed Skilled Nursing Facility. Daily responsibilities include planning, implementing, and conducting daily recreation programs; ensuring Resident participation documentation is completed accurately; coordination of inter-departmental activities; and administrative duties as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and experience working with seniors. Experience with Alzheimer’s and dementia and National Certification as Activities Assistant are a plus.
