We are looking for someone to do more than generate reports and PowerPoint presentations. Our ideal candidate is a change agent –a smart, analytical Social Media Advertising Manager who can rip through data to find trends and nuggets of insight, and who have the experience and drive to get results from their findings.

Social Media Advertising Manager ( Social Media PPC )

Job Responsibilities
  • Build online marketing campaigns with a primary focus on direct response PPC in social media sites (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Design, implement, and analyze experiments to test optimization theories, including changes in content, landing pages, and creative enhancements.
  • Project management to coordinate development of content, using internal product experts and external writers. Manage a content calendar.
  • Provide editorial guidance to writers, and proof read all articles and blog posts before publishing.
  • Assist in hiring and developing additional digital marketing analysts.
  • Ad hoc analysis of data and strategies to recommend performance improvements.
  • Daily and weekly campaign performance reporting and analysis.
  • Work with the engineering, data science, and marketing teams to identify project areas or process enhancements to drive overall program improvements

Social Media Advertising Manager ( Social Media PPC )

Required Background/Experience
  • BS/BA, preferably in a technical major, or demonstrated analytical and technical ability.
  • 4+ years in digital marketing, with demonstrated increases in responsibility.
  • Prior experience managing search marketing/pay-per-click campaigns. Experience managing social media campaigns, including Twitter.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills required.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Great teamwork skills essential.

Preferred/Bonus Experience
  • Experience managing a team or being a team lead.
  • Bonus points for additional experience with email, display, or other online channels.
  • Solid understanding of statistics and SQL.
