The candidate will be a data-driven individual who has a strong understanding of social media marketing. This position will have a key role in telling the story of our social media efforts and impact for a high-profile client in the automotive industry. As a member of the analytics team, this person must also effectively work with clients and vendors while completing high-quality analytics deliverables, utilizing a variety of data sources, to drive brand health and strategy in the purview of social media marketing and web analytics. Responsibilities Leverage data to gain insight into trending, engagement, reach, advocacy, sentiment, top influencers, and behavior in order to drive social media and digital marketing strategy.

Manage client relationships and serve as the SME for social media analytics. Recommend and build the appropriate dashboard or report that focus on the appropriate success metrics and KPIs for social media executives. Build stories from data with our listening tools and reporting interfaces of our social media platforms in order to effectively measure performance and brand health. Deep dive into unstructured data to define the voice of the customer and overall sentiment levels around our client’s brand and media campaigns.

Work closely with the social media team to leverage the insights learned from reports and analysis to optimize our social media campaigns. May own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. Assist in building and executing on strategy to tie social media efforts to ROI by quantifying its impact. Evaluate and recommend social media or digital marketing tools and products.

Assist in coordinating A/B and multivariate tests on applicable pages and content in our social media channels. Data analysis of A/B and multivariate test results, in addition to ad hoc requests. Partner with multiple vendors to implement analytics requirements and streamline project processes. Quality assurance of output developed by the technology teams and validation of web reporting enhancements/changes (data validation, etc.) Perform competitive analysis Requirements and Desired Skills/Experience Bachelor’s degree required Ability to analyze, structure and interpret large quantities of raw data Adept at utilizing the reporting interfaces of social media platforms, such as Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, etc.
