About the Position:
As a Campaign Manager you will be responsible for monitoring, optimizing, and providing analysis of our clients’ campaigns. You will work directly with the Sales and Account Management teams to provide both campaign management as well as consultative services. The Campaign Manager must develop a deep understanding of SHIFT platform, be comfortable working with data sets, help address campaign set-up best practices, and proactively identify campaign issues to recommend optimization strategies. This role requires troubleshooting, comfort with reporting technologies, and the ability to clearly communicate campaign recommendations.
Combine data analysis and client feedback to configure, operate and optimize campaigns to meet client objectives.
Determine set-up, including testing methodologies, reporting requirements, and optimization requirements, for ensuring full impact and efficiency of each campaign.
Lead the monitoring and reporting of campaign performance and proactively communicate any issues to internal team and client, when necessary.
Use data and analytics to help develop actionable media improvement recommendations to internal teams to maximize campaign success.
Become an expert on the use and best practices for the SHIFT Media Manager, and offer insights on how to improve campaign effectiveness through deep use of the functionality.
Serve as the technology expert and assist in training clients and Account Managers on the SHIFT Media Manager.
Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions based on data
Ability to investigate, analyze & solve problems, and clearly communicate results
Solid experience in Excel including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data sets
Strong verbal and written communication skills, ideally comfortable in a consultative, client-facing environment
Ability to quickly learn new technology platforms and an interest to learn the social media space, specifically Facebook and Twitter
Eager to work in a fast paced, start up environment
