MLB.com is looking to add creative, witty and clever writers and Tweeters to join our Social Media team. Candidates should have experience with Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tumblr, Pintrest and blogging (specifically WordPress); have flexible hours; and a passing knowledge/understanding of baseball. If you don't know who Bryce Harper is, don't apply. If you are an independent thinker who likes to make fun of other things, this could be a good job for you. This is a part-time position offering up to 32 hours per week.
Please reply with your Twitter handle, blog(s) and/or any other writing samples you think we should take a look at that best reflects your style.
Below are some sample tweet topics. Please respond with how you would phrase each tweet to make them more intriguing for users to share and click. Feel free to include any ideas you have for creative graphics to tweets.
