POSITION SUMMARY:
Chanel, Inc., a leader in the luxury goods industry, seeks a Social Media Coordinator (Temporary) to support the Director of Global Web in community management of Chanel social network pages and support execution of special projects.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with creation, conception, and presentation of social media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns.
Publishing
Assist with Content Calendars, including writing Facebook Status Updates
Post relevant content in accordance with Content Calendar
Listening & Reporting
Review user generated comments and posts in a quick and timely manner
Competitive Research
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Skills and Knowledge:
Very high attention to detail.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Strong relationship skills
Understanding of popular social networks – design, functionality, users
Actively participates in a wide variety of social media activities such as blogging, community development and management, social bookmarking, commenting, etc.
Microsoft Office, Internet tools expertise
