We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join the Consumer Direct | Digital Marketing division. This exciting role will join a team responsible for developing deeper relationships with our consumers in the social sphere and identifying new direct-to-consumer business opportunities. The Social Media Coordinator will report to the Manager, Social Marketing and be in a support role by helping to develop and implement day-to-day operations surrounding all social marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience using and engaging consumers in Social Media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter and other channels. This role will collaborate with many teams across the enterprise including brand, marketing and customer service to ensure alignment and consistency in consumer messaging and engagement. Primary Responsibilities Actively support all Keurig social media properties, accounts and profiles, including daily monitoring, posting, and content development. Escalate issues to appropriate teams for review and response, e.g., customer product ideas to brand and innovation teams, customer concerns to customer service leadership team, etc. Support the Social Media Specialist and Manager, Social Marketing to help develop innovative social marketing promotions, videos, and contests. Coordinate and implement Keurig's social marketing projects as defined by the social media strategy to increase lead generation, brand awareness and drive site traffic. Using Keurig social and brand guidelines, engage in discussions surrounding our content, products, and brand (discussions, comments, polls, reviews, questions, photos, etc). Learn about and apply emerging trends in social media and collaborate with Social Media Specialist and Manager to provide insight into how this applies to the marketing goals. Participate in benchmark research of the competitive environment, as it relates to social media, supporting analysis and recommendations for future social media campaigns. Support social team and partner with digital marketing and web analyst to provide tracking, reporting and analysis of social marketing performance data including trending and key metrics of campaigns
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, and/or related field. 1-4 years prior experience using Social Media for business to engage consumers and customers (social marketing, social commerce, etc). Social media passion and savvy Excellent communication skills, written and oral Creative mindset Organized, reliable, proactive Ability to create good working relationships, internal and external Strong desire to learn and stay abreast of new and emerging trends of this dynamic landscape Ability to work well independently and with a team. Ability to uphold Safety standards, participates in Continuous Process Improvement on the job, and follows our business best practices. Ability to follow Keurig policies and procedures. 10-15% Travel Support the unique needs of the Direct | Digital business, as required, in or outside of office hours. This role may require some social monitoring coverage during evening and weekend hours. Strong preference for a candidate from an online retailer / ecommerce background
