The Social Media Intelligence Analyst will join our Professional Services team and be a key contributor to the integration of our NetCentric Knowledge software products and full cycle analytical production supporting a federal law enforcement customer. The primary focus of the Social Media Intelligence Analyst will be on the analysis of the utilization of social media technologies to advance criminal activity, combined with all-source fusion across data resources classified up to Top Secret/SCI in support of active federal law enforcement investigations.
Qualities sought include:
Proven experience in all-source analysis and production, as well as open source and social media research and analysis
Highly advanced proficiency with web-search methodologies, advanced operators, boolean logic, etc.
Advanced proficiency in conducting complex searches of classified databases
Proficiency with VPNs and basic Internet identity safety measures
Ability to quickly adapt to and apply any new technology necessary to create and deliver innovative solutions
The successful candidate will be proficient in aggregating information across unclassified and classified domains into a single intelligence picture. Further, the candidate will be able to communicate effectively with highly technical and non-technical people alike, in writing, in person, and virtually, as necessary. The ability to work independently and on teams with remote supervision is a must.
