The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing e-commerce social media strategies for Delivery Agent. This results oriented strategic thinker will leverage exiting fan communities and develop new communities to drive direct response to entertainment and sports related web stores. This position reports to the VP, Marketing.

ROLES + RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and prioritize social media e-commerce strategy for Delivery Agent’s portfolio of web stores to include social commerce, video + annotations, social gifting and credits, blogs, product review syndication and viral promotions.
Leverage existing social followers from client franchises (like The Big Bang Theory, Sons of Anarchy, True Blood and Boston Celtics) to drive direct response to stores through compelling product discounts and strategic post cadence.
Identify and implement social media campaigns for seasonal events like Halloween and Holiday, and programming events like season finales, which include ownership of social promotional calendars.
Relationship building with current 3rd parties like YouTube, Shazam, Viggle, ShopSocially, Facebook, etc.
Implement social media conversations within store environments
Forecast and budget accountability
Monitor industry trends and be ahead of the Social and New Media curve
Manage product and technology pipeline for improved social integrations
Manage one direct report
BA/BS Degree required.
2+ years of work experience, with experience in social media
Solid understanding of website analytics, social commerce and online marketing fundamentals
Results oriented, great attention to detail and ability to prioritize
