The Social Media ROI Manager will support and grow SCEA’s social media program to better serve consumers and internal stakeholders by building, supporting, measuring, and reporting social media campaigns. This position will be responsible for establishing a long-term, sustainable strategy for social media and digital ROI measurement and optimization within the scope of the PlayStation.Blog, Facebook, and various content streams and digital company properties. Applicant will be expected to have experience with digital commerce and conversion funnel optimization, social media content strategy, asset management, and may be required to route content through various approval channels in preparation for public viewing. The Manager will also be expected to assist in certain day-to-day publishing efforts, such as posting to social channels, optimizing content for ROI, and elevating important developments to appropriate stakeholders.
Principle Duties / Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain a viable and sustainable social media ROI measurement program for SCEA’s social network, balancing performance with a high-quality user experience
Create, optimize, and support social media campaigns, providing key findings and identifying ROI to internal and external stakeholders.
Identifying new opportunities for growing and iterating on the social media program, including new social channels, new technologies, or new measurement paradigms.
Fill in for other social media roles and support as needed.
Required Knowledge / Skills:
Must have deep understanding of modern analytics discipline across social channels such as blogs, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and more.
Experience with conversion optimization, ROI measurement, data reporting, monitoring, and optimizing for end-user experience
Excellent interpersonal skills a must.
Preferred candidate will be well versed in measuring digital campaign effectiveness via social channels, knowledgeable on gaming landscape and PlayStation ecosystem,
Intermediate-level Photoshop skills strongly preferred.
At least 3 years experience in electronic media (with a branded blog or website) required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent Preferred Experience:
Experience in traditional media outlet or agency useful, as position will need ability to deliver content under deadline pressure.
Experience working at a major, high traffic website preferred, as PlayStation social media programs reach millions of readers weekly.
