Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field,required to be fluent in Spanish.

Full-time position. Provides services to unaccompanied refugee youth in foster care, who speak only

spanish. Example of Work Maintain current knowledge of and work collaboratively with referral sources, agencies, institutions, and individuals who have important roles in clients’ life situations.
Engage in social action, advocacy, and education oriented to improvement of services to clients.
Compliance with child placing agency rules and liaison with family court, DHS and other community systems.
Attends court hearings, school meetings, home visits etc.

Ability to work within the Mission of the organization: Serving people as an expression of the love of Christ. Satisfactory verification of criminal/abuse check e. g. DHS Central Registry clearance, State Police record check and national criminal background check. Satisfactory Sex Offender’s Registry & OIG Background check. Valid unrestricted driver’s license and verification of record check for criminal conviction history. Proof of automobile insurance. Reliable ongoing personal transportation suitable for transporting persons served.
