Develop testing algorithms and evaluation methods on CMOS semiconductor products.
• Develop software application with data visualization capabilities to aid statistical analysis and modeling of test results.
• Develop software application for engineering, production yield and defect analysis.
• Implement automated test monitoring infrastructure and test result database for highly efficient data retrieval and analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering plus five years of experience in the job offered or in software application development for semiconductor testing
Experience in semiconductor test methodologies, GUI based software application development using C# and WPF in Microsoft .NET technology, multithreaded programming, databases administrations and unit testing
