Assist in daily operations of all phases of advanced software design principles, theories and concepts, including writing ASP.NET code, fixing defects, assess new requirements, requirements gathering and analysis, testing, defect tracking, in support of the NTIRA application.

The candidate will be highly motivated, self starting, and eager to learn new systems and processes.

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Software Development specifically ASP.NET language.

Desired Skills:
ASP.NET Software Development
Designs, modifies, develops, writes, and implements software programming applications.
Supports and/or installs software applications.
Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing, and certification of software.
Advises hardware design engineers on machine characteristics that affect software systems, such as storage capacity, processing speed, and input/output requirements.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
Understands and complies with established configuration management documents.
Participates in the weekly Configuration Control Board (CCB).
