Our client has experienced strong growth over the past three years andis expecting to double in size within the next year. Our client provides special servicing on anationwide portfolio of real estate loans. Experience in a fast paced high volume servicing center will be anadvantage.
Our client has an immediate opening for a Benefits/HRIS Manager. Thisindividual will be responsible for administering employee benefit programs andthe day-to-day management of the companys HRIS system.
Responsibilities include but are not limited tobenefit enrollments, changes, terminations using HRIS system and update asneeded. Communicate benefits toemployees, reconcile invoices and prepare for payment, set workers comppolicies and process claims, insurance renewals, manage inquires and complaintsand COBRA administration.
Effect implementationof selected HRIS system, process employee transactions, maintenance of systemdatabases, security role setup and workflows, design and analyze systemgenerated reports, investigate and resolve system related issues providingfirst level support, communicate effectively with users to troubleshoot andaddress technical and process issues and identify training needs of end users,provide necessary training.
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management,Business Management or a related discipline and 4-6 years of related experiencewith benefits administration experience a MUST.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations,including but not limited to; COBRA, FMLA, HIPPA, ERISA and ACA and anunderstanding of disability claims administration
HRIS implementation and system administration experience is preferred alongwith strong MS Excel, Outlook and Word.
Compensation is in the $55,000 to $70,000 range with a10% bonus, liberal holiday and vacation package and a company matching 401K.
