Joining the software development team at Accurate Background will allow you to be a part of our growing organization and be hands-on in exciting and innovative projects; which includes modernizing our current systems and building new progressive, industry-changing systems.
As a software development manager you’ll work in a collaborative and agile environment with software team members, managers, product owners and stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for managing 2 to 3 agile teams, managing sprint/release deliverables and providing technical directions to the team in building innovative solutions.
Successful candidates will actively focus in improving the agile teams’ performance and technically building advanced and high quality solutions. They will also demonstrate excellent team building, leadership and interpersonal skills. They will demonstrate the ability to multi-task; quickly learn new systems and partnership with the team in providing scalable solutions.
Skills & Requirements:
• Worked previously in a full agile environment.
• Experience managing distributed projects.
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Proven experience managing offshore teams
• Experience in team building and leadership.
• Strong experience in Spring framework(s)
• Strong experience in JPA implementations like Hibernate
• A track record of delivering software project on time.
• Experience in utilizing JMS providers, such as HornetQ.
• Experience in utilizing BPM systems such as JBoss JBPM is a great plus
• Experience in working with ESB such as JBoss ESB is a great plus.
